The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for a Parts Advisor for its Lakeland Hyundai Dealership. We are looking for a person who excels at customer service, who will enjoy dealing with our amazing customers, has a passion for automobiles and someone who will enjoy working in a team oriented environment.

As the successful applicant you will:

• Have previous automotive parts experience
• Dealership experience considered an asset
• Have superior customer service skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be extremely organized
• Have exceptional multi-tasking skills
• Pay close attention to detail
• Be self-motivated

In this exciting role, you will:

• Receive and sort incoming parts and supplies
• Reconcile calculated inventory with physical counts
• Prepare, maintain and update purchasing files, reports and price lists
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner
• Process incoming requisitions and issues or distributes parts and supplies for internal usage
• Maintain records of orders and the amount, item and location of parts supplies on hand using an inventory system
• Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
• Advise retail customers or internal users on appropriateness and availability of parts, supplies or materials requested
• Manage and process returns
