Duties & Essential Job Functions:
Inventory Management
: Maintain accurate records, monitor levels, order parts for point of sale, and complete cycle counts.
Supplier Relations
: Establish and maintain relationships.
Customer Service
: Assist customers with part identification and provide technical support.
Sales and Marketing
: Promote parts through displays, online platforms, and sales strategies.
: Ability to effectively manage inventory, prioritize tasks, and maintain records.
Excellent Communication Skills
: Clear and effective communication with customers, suppliers, and team members is crucial for providing assistance, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships.
Technical Knowledge
: Understanding of trailer parts, accessories, and their applications is essential for assisting customers and ensuring the correct parts are ordered and stocked.
Problem-Solving Abilities
: Capability to identify issues with inventory, parts quality, or customer inquiries, and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.

Work Experience
5+ years' experience with heavy-duty trailer Parts Counter or Parts Sales preferred but not required
