Duties

Assist customers in identifying and selecting automotive parts based on their needs and specifications. Maintain an organized inventory of parts, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that items are easily accessible. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track inventory and manage orders efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations. Process sales transactions accurately while maintaining proper phone etiquette during customer interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to enhance retail sales strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with both customers and team members to ensure seamless operations within the parts department.

Skills

Proficient in math for accurate inventory management and sales transactions. Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly parts inventory and streamline operations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients. Sales management experience is a plus to drive retail sales effectively. Familiarity with automotive repair processes to provide informed assistance to customers. Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse clientele. Effective communication skills for clear interaction with customers and colleagues. Knowledge of phone etiquette to ensure professional customer interactions.

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
