As a Parts Advisor, you will be an essential team member that will use your skills in customer service, sales, and communication to assist customers in finding the right parts for their needs. Your knowledge and experience in retail sales will enhance your ability to provide expert advice and support to customers. Focusing on organization, sales, order fulfillment, and inventory management, you will ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction. The position will require performing the following duties:
-Assisting internal & external customers with parts, accessories and apparel
-Merchandising both daily and seasonally, while maintaining a clean showroom floor
-Maintaining a clean and organized department
-Inventory cycle counts and maintenance as required
-Shipping, receiving, and returns as required
Qualifications:
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Cashiering, customer service and sales experience
-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Previous parts experience is preferred.
Knowledge of BRP product, powersports and marine is an asset.
