Parts Advisor
to support our service and technician teams.
What You'll Do:
Receive, process, and deliver parts orders to service, body shop, and retail customers
Maintain accurate inventory, conduct regular counts, and ensure proper storage
Check availability, pricing, and order status using the dealership's computer system
Assist customers in identifying and selecting parts and accessories
Collaborate with technicians and service staff to ensure timely repairs
Build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure stock replenishment
What You Bring:
Previous experience in automotive parts or service preferred
Knowledge of automotive parts and catalogue with a little mechanical aptitude
Strong customer service and communication skills (in person & by phone)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
