, is seeking a seasoned and experienced

Parts Advisor

to join their team.



As a key member of the Parts Department, this role has a broad range of responsibilities, including managing auto parts inventory, filing guest orders, pulling parts from inventory for repairs, placing orders, and selling parts to all available guests - at retail, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. In this customer-centric role, the Parts Advisor interacts with guests with professionalism and integrity, with a focus on customer service as the number one priority.

What You'll Do:




Be the go-to expert for parts inquiries--serving technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts with precision and enthusiasm Accurately identify, source, and sell automotive parts using our advanced inventory systems Maintain organized stock levels and ensure timely ordering and delivery Build strong relationships with customers and team members to drive loyalty and repeat business Stay sharp on the latest automotive trends, parts, and accessories

What We're Looking For:




Previous experience in automotive parts or dealership environment preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Tech-savvy with parts catalog systems and inventory software A team player with a customer-first mindset Valid driver's license and clean driving record
