Order parts for customers needing vehicle repairs in an efficient and timely manner.
Receive parts orders with accuracy.
Communicate with the technicians and service department to ensure the job gets done.
Address customer questions/needs promptly and professionally.
Work with our suppliers to create mutually beneficial business relationships.
Support parts inventory count, ordering, and receiving.
Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence.
Maintain accurate inventory and support regular bin checks.
Support the dealership's warranty claim process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts and accessories, and logistics of the supply chain.
Actively maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the Parts Department.
Possess a strong aptitude of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs.
Proficient in the use of various operating systems, and ability to learn to work effectively within the dealership management system.
Other duties as required.
