Duties

Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track partnership activities, analyse data, and generate insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to optimise partnership opportunities.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Prepare detailed reports on partnership performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
Lead cross-functional teams during partnership initiatives, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our partnership programme.
Experience
Proven management experience in a partnership or business development role.
Strong background in B2B sales with a track record of successfully securing strategic alliances.
Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for data analysis and relationship management.
Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and assess partnership performance effectively.
Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing cross-functional teams or projects.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building long-term professional relationships.
Prior experience in strategic planning and executing partnership strategies is highly desirable.
