Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Partner Program Sales Representative to join our sales team in British Columbia. This role will work directly with the Regional Sales Manager for Western Canada and will play a key role in supporting and expanding Engage Building Products' specialized partner program. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with program partners, coordinating sales initiatives, and ensuring program alignment and growth across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Regional Sales Manager in implementing and executing regional sales strategies.
Manage and grow relationships within Engage's specialized partner program, ensuring alignment with program goals and sales targets.
Coordinate onboarding, training, and communication with new and existing partners.
Provide product knowledge and technical support to partners and end users as needed.
Track partner performance and provide feedback to the Regional Sales Manager for ongoing optimization.
Monitor regional trends and opportunities to expand the partner network and increase program impact.
Attend industry events, site visits, and partner meetings to foster strong relationships and brand visibility.
Maintain accurate sales records, activity reports, and CRM entries related to the partner program.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to ensure partner needs are met.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction-related industries.
Previous experience with channel sales, partner programs, or dealer/distributor networks is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility.
Self-motivated and organized with a solution-oriented mindset.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Residency in the Vancouver metropolitan area and ability to travel within the BC region as required.

Compensation will include a competitive salary and commissions plan with total compensation targeted at $120,000 - $140,000 OTE (On Target Earnings). It also includes car allowance, cell phone, laptop, expense account, an inspiring work environment and an awesome team setting.
