The Partner Solutions Marketing Team is looking for an accomplished, bilingual, B2B marketer to help us develop partner focused programs that deliver on business goals. You\'ll get to work closely with various internal teams in order to create and execute the Partner Solutions after sales strategy. You\'ll mix creative strategies with business needs to produce marketing journeys that are compelling, engaging, and grounded in driving results.

You\'ll plan and execute post-sale programs and campaigns that drive customer loyalty, customer advocacy and growth within existing accounts, as well as voice of the customer activities within our current partner base. You\'ll own the development of customer journeys, and optimize those journeys based on insights and results gained through various test and learn strategies. By developing a comprehensive campaign calendar, you\'ll ensure our quarterly and yearly results are achievable and measurable.

Here\'s how\xe2\x80\xa6

Working closely with the Product Managers, Sales team as well as the Senior Business Systems Analyst and Sr Marketing Communications Manager, the Partner Marketing Manager will do two things:

Create an Account Based Marketing model (ABM) in order to identify opportunities, and devise strategies, for key Partner accounts.
Devise strategies and campaigns that will benefit and recognize additional revenue streams for all Partner accounts.

The following areas will fall into the Partner Marketing Manager\'s strategic scope:

  • Upsell
  • Working with the Sales team and Senior Business Systems Analyst to identify Partners who would be good candidates for \xe2\x80\x9cmore for more\xe2\x80\x9d opportunities within their existing product mix
  • Devising marketing campaigns, along with the Sr Marketing Communications Manager that target these partners with relevant information and offers
  • Conducting \xe2\x80\x9ctest and learn\xe2\x80\x9d campaigns to see what works, and what doesn\'t
  • Constantly re assessing marketing activities to ensure results are heading in the right direction
  • Cross Sell
  • Working closely with the Marketing Intelligence Manager to find \xe2\x80\x9clook alike\xe2\x80\x9d candidates who may benefit from one or more products outside of their current product mix.
  • Working with the Sr Marketing Communications Manager, and the Product Managers to devise relevant marketing campaigns to showcase these products and drive uptake
  • Conducting \xe2\x80\x9ctest and learn\xe2\x80\x9d campaigns to see what works, and what doesn\'t
  • Constantly re assessing marketing activities to ensure results are heading in the right direction
  • Retention
  • Working with the Product Managers, along with the Sr Marketing Communications Manager to identify and target Partners who are approaching the end of their commitment with TELUS Partner Solutions, and encourage them to do one or more of the following:
  • Renew their contract with TELUS
  • Upsell on their current product mix
  • Cross Sell on products which may also be useful to them
  • Devising a comprehensive \xe2\x80\x9cRetention Journey\xe2\x80\x9d to minimize Partner CHURN will be key
  • Besides these tactics, being acutely aware of our Partners, their needs and the overall market will be crucial to success. Actively meeting with the Sales team, as well as the Marketing Intelligence Manager will be a key component in ensuring campaigns hit their mark.
In addition, ensuring a tight interlock with the Sr Marketing Communications Manager in order to understand any other communications that may be going to our Partners will be important as these can affect the buy/sell habits of our Partners. As such the Customer Marketing Manager may also be required to help with various \xe2\x80\x9cservice\xe2\x80\x9d messages that need to be sent to our TELUS Partners.

Qualifications

You\'re the missing piece of the puzzle\xe2\x80\xa6

With:
  • Proven B2B project management strength and experience in delivering large, complex go to market strategies
  • The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in both English and French
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to motivate cross-functional/cross-departmental teams in order to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Ownership, initiative, and display a sense of urgency and self-direction
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work activities
  • Ability to organize and draw insights from customer data in order to identify opportunities
  • Comfort with numbers and budget tracking
  • Experience working with Salesforce and other marketing automation tools
  • An undergraduate degree in business/marketing/commerce
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing and/or product management
