Pocketed is hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to drive our continued growth!Pocketed is a rapidly growing software startup that helps businesses across North America access billions of dollars in \xe2\x80\x98free money\xe2\x80\x99 through grants, tax credits, and incentives. Today, more than 13,000 businesses use Pocketed to access over $100M in grant funding and tax credits to extend their runway and achieve their growth goals.As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in crafting and executing our partnership strategy. Collaborating closely with our CEO, CTO, and the heads of Sales and Marketing, you\'ll creating and owning all initiatives around creating and nurture strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role demands a blend of strategic planning, marketing acumen, and a hands-on approach to partner relations. The ideal candidate has a solid track record of developing impactful partnership strategies, particularly within the B2B SaaS or SaaS-enabled service sectors.Your Key Responsibilities:As a Partner Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving Pocketed\'s growth through strategic partnerships: * Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that align with Pocketed\'s mission and business objectives. This includes setting partnership goals, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful execution and collaboration.

  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to integrate partnership strategies with overall business goals. Facilitate the alignment of partner activities with Pocketed\xe2\x80\x99s marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
  • Market and Competitive Insights: Monitor market trends, gather insights on potential partners, and analyze competitors to inform strategic decisions. Leverage this knowledge to identify new partnership opportunities and optimize current partnerships.
  • Performance Measurement and Optimization: Establish clear metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of partnership initiatives. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize partnership strategies for maximum impact.
  • Partner Marketing and Promotion: Lead the development and execution of co-marketing initiatives with partners, including events, webinars, content collaborations, and promotional campaigns, to drive awareness and generate leads.
Your Qualifications:
  • You have proven experience in partnership management or partner marketing roles, preferably within the B2B software industry.
  • You have demonstrated ability to identify, negotiate, and manage high-impact partnerships.

  • Strong project management skills, you have a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99re data-driven, with experience setting and measuring KPIs related to partnership performance.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99re able to thrive in a dynamic and evolving startup environment, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Competitive compensation, based on experience (base: $60K to $80K + bonus).
  • Paid vacation, paid sick days (5 days), birthdays off (1 day), and 5 bonus company days off (2 days at Christmas, 3 days in the summer).
