We\'re looking for an exceptional Partner Marketing Manager to join our team in Toronto. (This is a contract position, 12 months).

As Partner Marketing Manager you will be part of an international and multidisciplinary marketing team. Locally, you will join a North American Partner Marketing team reporting to the Partner Marketing Lead based in New York. As a team, you are responsible for delivering both partner acquisition activities as well as world-class co-branded campaigns with our partners. You will take a hands-on role executing plans for the rapidly growing Canadian market, collaborating closely with the Canadian Key Account team and working directly with our partners\' marketing teams.

The Role:

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Co-own Canadian partner marketing strategy and execution
  • Design and execute marketing activities with Key Account Partners across grocery, QSR, bakery, and other segments including a variety of internal and external marketing touchpoints, such as trade, digital, social, CRM, employee engagement
  • Develop and implement scalable marketing solutions to acquire new independent and key account partners across Canada
  • Work with B2C Marketing teams to amplify relevant campaigns/ marketing activities through Partner channels
  • Collaborate closely with the local Key Account team to enable them in initiating and growing partnerships with the biggest food retail brands in North America
  • Build awareness and credibility around the Too Good To Go brand with potential and existing partners through digital media, partnerships, events, and more
  • Develop best practices and learnings with the Global Marketing and Key Accounts teams to help continuously optimise our work with partners.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in a role with a B2B2C focus, where you can demonstrate building strong relationships with partners\' marketing teams and delivering impactful and effective co-branded marketing campaigns with them.
  • Holistic marketing understanding with experience from multiple marketing disciplines
  • Excellent organisation skills and detail-oriented. You are hyper-organised and prioritise execution, with the ability to adapt and innovate in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience of integrated campaign delivery across multiple internal/external touchpoints and channels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience applying data and insights to partner marketing
  • Great stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate cross functionally. Demonstrated experience of collaborating closely between local and global operations is beneficial.
  • You embrace accountability. Ownership and leadership come natural to you.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate joint plans and marketing ideas depending on the partner, segment, level of seniority and more.
  • A make-it-happen person who doesn\'t hesitate to roll up your sleeves - but you also think about the long-term impact and requirements.
  • French language skills are an asset
