This is a full-time, in-office role in Sudbury, where you'll support our growing national customer base and contribute to a positive, connected workplace experience.

This role is a fit if you enjoy:




Using your exceptional customer service skills, you will manage and enhance the relationship between StaffStat and its customers and stakeholders to ensure customer retention and customer attraction.

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently and warmly. Participating in an after-hours emergency support rotation providing 24/7 technical support. Developing training materials and delivering impactful training sessions. Managing and monitoring customer support requests to ensure timely resolution. Collaborating with teams to maintain top-notch end-user documentation and training resources. Assisting in pre-launch testing and providing post-launch support. Mastering StaffStat software to expertly support and guide our users.



What you bring:




College diploma in business administration, IT, computer science or a related field. Fluency in English (French is a plus). Excellent problem-solving abilities and able to handle multiple priorities. Proficient with computer programs; Microsoft 365 Ability to learn modern technology & programs. Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring excellence in customer service and team member support.
