We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Partnerships Team!

We're looking for an individual that is passionate about the client experience, willing to go above and beyond to help our restaurant partners make the most of using our product in their venue.

What You'll Be Doing:
Monitor and improve account metrics for each client
Communicate progress of monthly, quarterly, and yearly initiatives with clients
Prepare account reports/statements as requested by clients or supervisors
Collaborate with other teams and departments to meet client needs and create new opportunities
Provide proactive customer service to clients on all accounts
Educate clients on new Taiv products and services and how to utilize them in our space
Assist client with coordinating content creation for their venue's promos
Develop trusting and beneficial working relationships with all relevant stakeholders

Your Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
Restaurant working experience strongly preferred
Degree or diploma in marketing and/or sales an asset
Located in Winnipeg or willing to relocate
