RAPS is Seeking a Part time/Full time caregiver to assist an individual with Rett Syndrome (E21)

Location High River AB

Days: Monday to Sunday

Hours: 20-40 hours week Flexible with schedule

Looking for someone to join the team

: Duties include but are not limited to: Mechanical transfers, personal care (bathing, dressing, changing of incontinent products), feeding through a G-Tube, Medication administration, Support on outings including transportation in a wheelchair accessible van, light housekeeping, laundry, supervision and companionship.

Note: There is 1 Dog in the home

Qualifications:the successful candidate will have an updated criminal record check with the vulnerable sector check, a class 5 driver's license and be comfortable driving a wheelchair accessible van, must have or be willing to obtain first Aid/CPR and have G-Tube feeding experience. Having a Health care aide certificate is considered an asset.

Rate of Pay: $20-$22.50/ hour based on qualifications and experience.
