About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, educate customers on our products, and ensure the store remains well-stocked, clean, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs Educate customers on vaping products, usage, and safety Process transactions using cash, debit, and credit Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures Follow all store policies and health/safety guidelines

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team player with a positive attitude Basic knowledge of vaping products preferred Customer service or retail experience is an asset Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Must be 19 years of age or older
