While previous experience working in food service or retail/customer service is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.

You must be able to:

Work in a fast paced environment while maintaining food safety standards. Lift/carry up to 25lbs Work in a cold environment such as freezer/ fridge

Job Responsibilities

Whether you are working in the kitchen or at the front counter you are a part of a dynamic team that works together to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Here are some of the responsibilities your job will entail:

Greet customers, take orders & process transactions with exceptional hospitality through friendly attitude, attentive behavior and strong product knowledge. Assemble & package orders for take-out and delivery Prepare veggies & other items required for menu items Maintain speed of service by working efficiently with a sense of urgency to fill orders and meet customers needs Follow Burrito Boss processes while maintaining food safety standards. Keep all surfaces & equipment clean and sanitary to ensure the safety for our guests, fellow crew members, and yourself Promptly resolve any customers concerns or complaints by making it right with the customers utilizing the methods we teach you
Your ability to complete orders accurately and efficiently is just as important as your ability to ensure customers are satisfied with their Burrito Boss experience.
