Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Demonstrate products through engaging demos to enhance customer understanding and interest Provide knowledgeable advice on product features, benefits, and technical specifications Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges Manage cash handling procedures with attention to detail and accuracy Maintain organized merchandise displays in line with merchandising standards Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members Manage time efficiently to meet sales goals and assist multiple customers during busy periods Follow phone etiquette protocols when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely

Experience

Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or electronics sectors Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus for serving diverse customer bases Experience with product demos, technical sales, or merchandising is advantageous Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures required Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management are essential Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Lottery and Alcohol handling experience is required
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
