Back on Track Learning is a tutoring service supporting students in Grades 5-12. We are looking for a
results-driven Social Media & Growth Assistant to help increase followers, website visits, and tutoring
inquiries through Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Platforms
Instagram (Reels, Posts, Stories)
TikTok (Short-form video content)
Facebook (Posts for parent visibility and local reach)
Responsibilities
Create and post short-form content (Reels & TikTok)
Repurpose content for Facebook posts
Develop content ideas for parents and students
Write hooks, captions, and CTAs that drive profile visits and bookings
Optimize hashtags, captions, and posting times
Track basic performance metrics (views, followers, website clicks)
Monitor DMs and flag tutoring inquiries
Requirements
Experience growing Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook accounts
Strong understanding of short-form video marketing
Ability to convert views into visits and inquiries
Organized, reliable, and self-directed
