Greeted and checked in clients, managed appointment bookings, and provided exceptional front-line customer service.
Created, scheduled, and managed engaging content for the salon's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to increase visibility and client engagement.
Responded to messages and comments across social media channels to maintain strong client relationships.
Processed and fulfilled online product orders, maintained inventory, and supported digital sales promotions.
Coordinated with salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent client experience both online and in-person.
Assisted with basic marketing efforts, such as email campaigns, promotions, and in-salon signage.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
