Responsibilities
Lead soccer practices that build technical skills, tactical awareness, and fitness.
Coach and mentor players during training sessions and matches.
Promote teamwork, respect, and positive values aligned with our school/organization's mission.
Ensure player safety and compliance with athletic policies.
Coordinate with staff and parents to support student-athlete growth.
Manage equipment and assist with scheduling and game-day logistics.
Skills
Previous experience coaching soccer (school, club, or community level).
Strong knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and player development.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of varying skill levels.
Coaching certification (preferred but not required).
CPR/First Aid certification (an asset).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
