What You'll Be Doing:
Your days will be hands-on and high-impact:

Read plans and bring them to life with precision Lead and support a team on-site Handle rough & finish carpentry, framing, drywall, flooring, tiling, painting, millwork, and more Install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware Plan materials, organize tools, and keep the job site sharp Follow safety procedures and push for quality Work 44+ hours a week, Monday to Friday
Must-Haves:

5+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction Strong finish and rough carpentry skills Comfortable with demo, framing, millwork, and exterior/interior finishes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Working at Heights, WHMIS, and other safety certs (preferred) Clear communicator--email, text, job docs
