Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of food safety and hospitality standards. This role involves engaging with guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction in a lively restaurant environment. Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is highly valued, including barista experience or food handling expertise. The Server will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or order pads Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation quality Assist with food preparation and handling as needed, adhering to food safety protocols Refill drinks, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment for all guests Follow all food safety guidelines and proper hygiene practices during service

Experience

Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fast-paced environments Knowledge of the food industry, including menu items and beverage options Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Experience in serving, food handling, or barista roles is a plus Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a hospitality setting Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
