About the Position:

We are seeking passionate and qualified Ontario Certified Teachers (OCT) specializing in Mathematics and Physics to teach online courses for our Myanmar campus. Classes will be delivered virtually, and all teaching can be done from home.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging online lessons in high school Mathematics and Physics.

Prepare and assess course materials in accordance with Ontario curriculum standards.

Provide timely feedback and support to international students.

Collaborate with our academic and administrative teams to ensure course quality.

Qualifications:

Must hold valid Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certification.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.

Prior experience teaching Ontario curriculum or international online classes preferred.

Excellent communication skills and a professional teaching attitude.

5. Stay current with the Ontario education syllabus and adeptly create course outlines, daily lesson plans, and unit plans for all taught courses.

Responsibilities include:

- Facilitating both in-person and online classes.

- Assigning, administering, and evaluating student assessments.

- Regularly updating the school database with student performance data.

Additional requirements are:

- A commitment to remain employed during scheduled inspections.

- Consistent implementation of the curriculum for effective teaching and evaluation.

- Compliance with Ministry of Education guidelines for course development and assessment strategies.

- Employing various assessment methods and crafting diverse evaluation tasks and tools.

Regulatory compliance entails strict adherence to the Ministry of Education's standards and resources, such as the Private Schools Policy and Procedures Manual, Ontario Schools Policy and Program Requirements, and the Growing Success document for assessment, evaluation, and reporting in Ontario schools.
