Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Identify customer needs through effective communication and active listening.
Present product offerings and demonstrate their value to potential customers.
Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through post-sale support.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
Experience
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a related industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
