Duties



Engage with prospective clients through through one-on-one consultations Conduct needs assessments to understand client needs and wants, and recommend appropriate products and solutions Present product features and benefits clearly and persuasively to potential customers Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Manage the sales pipeline, track interactions, and follow up on leads effectively Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for reaching sales targets Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings to provide expert advice Prepare and deliver compelling content for social media and Google

Skills



Reliability is key in this role - ability to work most weekends as well as some weekday hours as needed and if wanted. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment Ability to understand complex products or services and explain them simply Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward prospecting and closing deals Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
