Sales Associate - New Steel (Part-Time)

Location: In-person kiosk | Hours: Part-time (15-20 hours per week)

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, motivated, and confident in delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

While knowledge of body jewelry and piercings is an asset, it is not required. We provide paid, comprehensive training to ensure all staff feel confident and supported in their role.

Key Responsibilities

Open and close the kiosk, including handling till counts and displays Greet customers, answer questions, provide product information, and complete sales transactions Maintain stock levels, restock merchandise, and keep the kiosk clean and organized Track sold-out items and report to management monthly Deliver a professional, positive, and customer-focused experience

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, adaptable, and able to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
