Job Summary

We are looking for a driven, charismatic, team-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and all things denim. A part time sales associate will learn the ropes of boutique sales, conduct daily organizational / inventory tasks, and provide customer service.

We currently require specific availability.

Friday - 11:00am - 5:00pm

Sunday - 11:30am - 5:00pm

Black Friday - Nov 28, 2025 / Boxing Day - Friday, Dec 26, 2025.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Educate customers on brand histories, answer FAQ's about the raw denim industry, Encouraged to participate in social media content (not mandatory). Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and ensuring product availability. Handle customer inquiries via phone etiquette, providing information about products and services. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and address their needs.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales is required Able to balance a busy sales floor. Familiarity with the products we sell. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong conversational skills. Willingness to learn and positive attitude. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
