As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, assisting customers with product selections, and driving sales through various techniques including upselling and product demonstrations. Your role will be pivotal in creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Engage in technology sales, providing knowledgeable insights into products. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize effective communication skills to convey product information clearly to customers. Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within designated shifts. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.

Skills

Proficiency in retail sales techniques, including technical sales experience is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation standards. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette for customer interactions. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
