Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Uphold phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. Experience in retail sales, particularly in technology or technical sales environments, is preferred. Proficiency in merchandising techniques to create attractive product displays. Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy work environment and manage inventory efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating self-motivation.
