We are looking for a part time associate who is willing to work between two locations: 381 Eglinton Avenue West & 171 Dupont Street.

Minimum of 4 years of customer service, in store experience:

We are looking for an individual who excels in providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to engage with & assist customers is absolutely crucial. While volunteer experience is valuable, candidates must also demonstrate relevant professional experience to be considered for this position.

Experience in the pet industry:

While not mandatory, previous experience in the pet industry is a valuable asset. Knowledge of pet products & care is highly desirable.

Ability to lift up to 40lb:

Applicants should have the physical ability to lift objects weighing up 40 pounds when required for the position.

Receive Deliveries:

This role involves the responsibility of receiving & managing incoming product deliveries.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their pet-related needs, including product recommendations and pet care advice. Maintain a clean & organized store environment. Process transactions accurately & efficiently. Restock & merchandise products as needed. Provide excellent customer service & build lasting customer relationships. Carry out opening & closing procedures.
