RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to provide exceptional customer service by developing in-depth knowledge about all products offered. Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations. Maintaining personal and productivity goals. Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs. Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs. Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends. Contribute to an overall positive work environment and serve as a bridge between customers and sales associates. May include other responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required. Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience. Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision. Resourceful and versatile with an ability to quickly adapt to changes (product trends, store policies, etc.). A keen interest in one of SUKOSHI's niches (such as k-beauty, lifestyle products, etc.) is highly preferred.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
