Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their shopping experience is enjoyable and efficient. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, managing transactions, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision while adhering to cashiering protocols. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays. Provide technical sales support for specific products as needed. Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates are highly preferred to assist a diverse customer base. Previous retail sales experience is Mandatory Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Organizational skills to maintain store cleanliness and product displays efficiently. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with cashiering experience. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
