Role: Sales Associate (PT)

As a Sales Associate, you support your manager and customers at your storage location. You drive sales and make sure customers have a great experience - all while ensuring the site is safe, clean, and secure.

What You'll Do

Drive Sales & Customer Growth -

Sell storage solutions, follow up with leads, and stay ahead of competitors.

Deliver Great Customer Service -

Ensure every customer interaction is positive, handle concerns, and maintain high standards.

Support the total business

- Jump in when needed to assist with the Call Centre with customer inquiries and sales and support other sites occasionally.

Manage Payments & Accounts -

Process transactions, follow up on late payments, and keep records up to date.

Keep the Facility Running Smoothly -

Oversee daily inspections, ensure maintenance is handled, and monitor inventory levels.

Prioritize Safety & Security

- Enforce security protocols, respond to emergencies, and be the first point of contact for after-hours incidents.

Stay Organized & Report -

Track key metrics, report to the Site Manager, and keep records audit-ready.

Qualifications & Requirements

Ability to work part-time during site opening hours, and occasional after-hours availability as required. 1+ years of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or sales. Technical skills to manage multiple systems for site operations and learning.

What We Offer

Salary plus opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.

Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
