Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing excellent customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product recommendations and demonstrate product features
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
Experience
- Prior experience in sales is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette
- Familiarity with technical sales and technology products
- Ability to effectively sell products and services
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Experience conducting product demos is a plus
