Job Description

Applicants must be available to work Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays from 10AM to 5PM and Sundays from 11AM to 4PM.

Duties

- Assist customers in finding and trying on footwear catering to their needs

- Help create and maintain a clean working environment

- Start and see through self-directed projects to better aid in efficiency, store image, and safety of the workplace

- Safely climb ladders, be standing and moving for long periods of time, and climb up and down stairs to retrieve shoes.

- Put new shipments into inventory and moving shipments into the stockroom in accordance to the organization system.

- Maintain a wide knowledge on the brands we carry and inform customers on relevant product knowledge.

- Process and handle transactions.

- Let customers know about exchange and credit policies with their purchases.

Requirements

- Able to work 2 to 3 weekdays, and must be available to work Saturdays or Sundays

- 1+ years of retail customer service is an asset, but not a requirement

- Strong English language proficiency

- High School diploma or equivalent
