Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred . Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. A friendly demeanor with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions accurately. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
