Resume du poste:



Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de magasin (Keyholder) a temps partiel. En tant que Keyholder, vous serez charge(e) d'offrir a chaque client, qu'il soit debutant ou rider expert, une experience exceptionnelle. Vous devrez egalement maintenir une forte connaissance des produits en fournissant aux clients et aux membres de l'equipe des informations detaillees sur leurs caracteristiques et avantages.



Vos responsabilites:



Offrir une experience client superieure a tous les visiteurs Burton Soutenir la direction dans les operations quotidiennes (ouverture et fermeture du magasin) et l'atteinte des objectifs de ventes Contribuer aux objectifs de ventes en guidant l'equipe vers les meilleurs resultats Maintenir l'esthetique du magasin en nettoyant, reapprovisionnant, organisant et en respectant les plans de marchandisage Respecter toutes les procedures Burton pour atteindre les objectifs de ventes et proteger les actifs de l'entreprise Jouer un role actif dans le coaching, la formation et le developpement des employes de l'equipe Se tenir a jour sur la marque, les connaissances produits, les informations internes, les ventes et les evenements de l'entreprise afin de devenir une veritable ressource pour notre clientele

Ce que vous apporterez a l'equipe:



1 a 2 ans d'experience en tant que Keyholder, chef des ventes ou role equivalent en magasin de detail (fortement souhaite) 2+ annees d'experience en service a la clientele, idealement dans un environnement specialise ou oriente ventes Une personnalite positive et dynamique pour incarner pleinement la passion Burton De solides competences operationnelles, organisationnelles et analytiques Excellentes aptitudes en service a la clientele Bonne connaissance et experience des produits de snowboard et de leur utilisation Capacite a utiliser efficacement un systeme Windows (experience avec le systeme de point de vente NewStore souhaitee) Passion pour l'experimentation de nouvelles methodes, envie de se depasser et volonte d'apprendre Disponibilite pour travailler le soir, les fins de semaine et les jours feries

Exigences physiques:



Capacite a rester debout/marcher pendant de longues periodes, necessaire pour assurer le service clientele et la prevention des pertes en surface de vente Capacite a lever les bras, se pencher, s'accroupir, s'agenouiller et transporter des produits, necessaire pour le service client, le reapprovisionnement et le marchandisage du magasin Capacite a monter et descendre regulierement des escaliers en portant des boites, produits ou autres articles necessaires au magasin Capacite a realiser regulierement des taches d'entretien : balayer, passer l'aspirateur, vider les poubelles, nettoyer Capacite a soulever en toute securite des boites jusqu'a 23 kg (50 lbs) A l'aise avec l'utilisation d'echelles A l'aise avec le port du masque pendant l'integralite du quart de travail

Our stores are designed to tell our compelling brand story, while offering a welcoming environment to experienced riders, beginners to the sport, and newcomers to the brand and lifestyle alike.



The Breakdown:



We are looking for a qualified Part-Time Keyholder.?As a?Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing each customer, whether they are a novice or a seasoned rider, with a great customer experience and will be expected to maintain a strong sense of product knowledge by providing customers and team members with in-depth information on product features and benefits.



What You Get to Do:



Provide superior customer experience for all Burton guests Support management in daily operations (opening & closing the store) and achieving store sales Contribute to sales goals by leading the team in sales results Maintaining store aesthetics by cleaning, stocking, organizing, and following merchandising plans. Comply with all Burton procedures in meeting sales goals and protecting company assets Take an active role in?coaching, teaching, training, and developing team employees Staying up to date with our brand and product knowledge, company information, sales, and company-wide events. Truly becoming a resource to our customer base.

What You Will Bring to the Team:



1-2 years of Keyholder or sales lead experience or an equivalent role at a retail store is strongly desired 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably with a specialty or sales driven environment A positive, outgoing personality to bring the Burton passion to top levels Strong operational, organizational, and analytical skills Excellent customer service skills Strong knowledge and background of snowboarding products and their application Ability to proficiently operate a?Windows based?system, NewStore POS system experience preferred Passion for prototyping new ways of doing things, drive to challenge oneself, and a willingness to learn Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:



Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, necessary to provide sales floor coverage related to customer service and loss prevention Continually able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, inventory re-stock, and store merchandising Continually able to walk up and down staircase, carrying boxes, product, and other necessary store related items Ability to regularly perform store maintenance items: sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean Ability to safely lift boxes up to 50lbs Comfortable climbing ladders Comfortable with wearing a mask for entire shift
