Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Sell products effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to assist customers effectively. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders. Organize merchandise on the sales floor to ensure an appealing presentation. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
This position is for every Friday evening and every second Saturday. This is not flexible, if you cannot work these hours please do not apply.
