Tm2SPORTS - We are Central Canada's leading customized sportswear, corporate wear, custom uniforms and performance apparel company. Our Retail Store location is located in Saskatoon, SK.

Are you passionate about Sports? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time retail associate to join our growing team at Tm2SPORTS. This position will work with customer service, sales, marketing, warehouse and operations departments to provide superior customer experience. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for day to day operations and manage multiple tasks efficiently in all departments while maintaining a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Upsell and promote additional merchandise to enhance the customer shopping experience. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively communicate with customers. Ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Receiving all shipments and taking inventory of all items in and out of the store. Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies. Packaging orders and shipping. Customization of apparel for team orders. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cashiering processes. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members. A proactive approach to learning about products and enhancing selling techniques.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
