We are seeking to fill a part-time receptionist/administrator position to cover one regular shift per week: Tuesdays 4 \xe2\x80\x93 8pm OR Thursdays 4 \xe2\x80\x93 8pm, at our Danforth & Chester clinic (Chester subway station). Flexibility to cover occasional weekday shifts is essential for this role, to provide coverage when our full-time administrators are away. We have two clinic locations \xe2\x80\x93 Danforth & Chester, and Yonge & Summerhill. Both clinics are newly renovated, modern and bright spaces, and are conveniently located a short walk away from a subway station. The successful candidate for this position will be a valued member of our team, and will both manage and continuously seek to improve front desk operations in order to maximize patient experience. This part-time position start date is flexible for the right candidate, with training shifts to be scheduled before that date to ensure they are comfortable in the role.   • Front desk systems management (scheduling, billing, message documentation, and general administration)
  • Front desk relationship management (patient greeting, answering questions and describing clinic services, answering patient inquiries by phone and email, patient courtesy calls, etc)
  • Clinic operations management (light cleaning tasks, laundry, refilling supplies as needed, clinic tidying, etc)
