The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
Handle clerical duties including filing, typing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks such as creating reports, managing schedules, and correspondence.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is welcoming and organized at all times.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office operations and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor; prior experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly desirable.
Experience handling clerical duties such as filing and managing correspondence effectively.
