We are looking to hire a Part Time Receptionist / Administrative Coordinator (around 6 weeks). Reporting directly to the firm's Partners and Manager of Operations, this role involves answering phone calls, booking appointments and assisting with document and records handling, general office duties, as well as client-related services. This role requires an individual with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality combined with excellent communication, finance, technology, and people skills.
Desired Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a fast-paced, professional services firm environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite
Ability to multi-task a variety of projects daily and high level of accuracy
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to deal with clients in a professional and confidential manner
Works efficiently independently or within in a team environment
Possess a positive "can do" attitude
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and assisting with client enquiries
Booking appointments
Compile standardized client packages for clients
Streamline the flow of information between the partners, staff, and clients
Preparation of correspondence and other client-related tasks
