Schedule Requirements:
Must be available to work
2-3 weeknight shifts (4:30pm - 9:30pm) and 1 weekend shift.
Hours needed to be available - Monday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Tuesday - Friday 8:30am - 9:30pm, Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Sunday 11:30am - 5:30pm
Major Responsibilities:
Greet clients arriving for spa treatments
Answer and direct incoming calls
Schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain confidential client files
Respond to online bookings and inquiries
Sell services, packages, products, and gift cards
Support the smooth daily operations of the spa
Qualifications:
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, mature, and responsible
Previous customer service experience is an asset
Knowledge of salon/spa software is an asset
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Email)
Friendly, approachable, and able to stay busy in a fast-paced setting
