Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide high-quality care in . This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living or nursing home environments and a genuine passion for senior care and supporting individuals with disabilities. Duties

Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility needs Support with medication administration following prescribed protocols Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors and individuals with disabilities Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed Perform light cleaning to maintain a safe and hygienic environment Support clients with activities of daily living such as dressing, toileting, and transferring Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to ensure safety Document care provided accurately and report any concerns to supervisors Engage clients in recreational activities or exercises suitable for their condition

Experience

Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care settings is preferred Experience caring for seniors, individuals with dementia, or those with disabilities is highly desirable Knowledge of medication administration protocols is a plus Previous caregiving experience demonstrating compassion, patience, and professionalism is essential Familiarity with cleaning routines, meal preparation, and basic home care tasks is beneficial
