Wanted: Part-Time Pizza Delivery Driver/Food Counter Attendant

IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE APPLYING: Delivery driver is expected to help out in performing restaurant duties when there are no deliveries.

Hours:

0-20 hours a week, Monday to Saturday availability, daytime. Must be available to work as early as 9:00am until 2:00 pm.

Skill Requirements:

Education:

Some high school

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.):

Class 5 Driver's License

Experience:

Delivery driver experience required

Languages:

English

Weight Handling:

Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills:

Pick-up and deliver various items and products, Collect or make payments for goods, Load and unload goods, Plan travel schedules and routes, Use maps and other trip planning aids, Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle

Additional Skills:

Professionalism in customer service, Receive and relay information to central dispatch, Prepare, package and restock goods

Food Counter Attendant Duties:

Maintain a clean, organized and positive work environment Assist in front and back of house functions for excellent customer service experience Support effective and positive communication with all staff members Accurate cash handling, order taking and order fulfillment Assist in preparation of ingredients and supplies as requested Maintain a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents Report all unsafe, risk of injury and negative customer experiences to Restaurant and Assistant Managers Participate in any and all staff's meetings pre, during or post shift Listen and report all guest feedback to Restaurant and Assistant Managers Safely use all equipment and follow all safety procedures Respectfully listen and follow the direction of any and all Managers and Supervisors Any other duties as required and requested by Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager or VP of Operations

Valid driver's license, Delivery vehicle provided by employer but you should have your own vehicle as well as back-up for deliveries (gas allowance is provided if you will use your own vehicle)
