Part Time Pharmacy Assistant

Job Description
Responsibilities
Usual pharmacy assistant responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Prepare compounds and mixtures. Assist pharmacist in filling prescription and preparing blister packs. Process billing and claims. Assist patients in picking up prescription and cash out. Verify patient receives the correct prescription. Answer phone and respond to inquiries from customer. Maintain all workstation clean, organized and rest of the dispensary. Receive order and maintain inventory of medication.
Skills and Experience
Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation. Demonstrate excellent customer service. One year working experience. French language is an asset. Kroll system knowledge is an asset.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
