Hiring: Part-Time Personal Assistant
This is not a "check emails and book meetings" role.
I'm looking for a female personal assistant who is super adaptable, creative, handy with tech, understands marketing leverage, and is good at getting things done.

- - - - - The Job (What You'll Actually Do)
Remote / Satellite (Primary)
Manage social media + website for our business (posting, light strategy, consistency)
Build and maintain an email list
Create and send newsletters + some physical mailers advertising etc.
Assist with hiring support (posting, onboarding basics)
Handle WCB, payroll admin, quickbooks and light ops tasks
Keep things organized + system implementation
If You're Local
Errands
Mail
Grocery pickup
Site photography/video
Light personal/business support as needed
You Might Be a Fit If You:
Are tech-savvy and pick up new tools fast
Understand basic marketing psychology
Can write clearly + effectively
Don't need hand-holding
See inefficiencies and fix them
Are comfortable working across multiple businesses
Respect privacy and confidentiality
Extra Credit (Not Required, But Loved)
Comfortable using Lightroom
Basic photography
