Part-time Logistics Operations / Pet Handler / Chauffer (Vancouver and Toronto) Do you love animals? Want to make a career out of working with them and their parents? Worldwide Animal Travel is a full-service pet relocation company based in Vancouver, BC, and Toronto, ON. We are expanding and are looking for a part-time (20-35 hours per week) Pet Handler / Chauffer in our Vancouver and Toronto offices. Your responsibilities This is an entry-level position that involves (but not limited to): extensive cleaning of the facility, feeding and administering medications, handling the pets, performing basic health checks, basic grooming, supervising pets, driving the pets to and from their destination, handling admin and of course top-notch customer service. What you need to succeed We are looking for individuals who are dedicated in pursuing a career working with pets.

• MUST HAVE A VALID drivers license with more then 5 years experience.
• MUST HAVE working experience in handling pets
• Hardworking, dedicated, reliable, punctual, independent, and self-motivated
• You are detail-oriented and able to take and follow direction with admin
• You are a team player, problem solver, kind, patient, calm and confident
• You are comfortable handling all breeds and temperaments of dogs and cats and other animals (birds, reptiles on occasion)
• Able to stay calm under pressure with a positive attitude
• Previous professional animal-related experience is required
• MUST Have a clean driver\xe2\x80\x99s license abstract with minimum 5 years of driving experience in Canada
• Can lift min. 30 kgs

This is a fast-paced environment that revolves around the safety of family pets. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. Job Type: Part-time
