Requirements

Responsibilities

To support the Operations manager in team development and to work with staff at other levels to ensure an efficient workflow and smooth Manage and supervise the work of drivers Plan driver delivery areas and routes Dealing with problematic packages Monitor delivery KPIs of drivers Assist the operation director and colleagues in other work

Qualifications?

Ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve and exceed their goals


Strong planning ability


Strong time management skills


legal work status


good PC skills


Good teamwork spirit


Have vehicle, can accept shift/overtime

Working Hours:

Tuesday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM


Wednesday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
